Hello & Greetings from sunny South Dakota, USA. (A Message From Roy)
As many of you know, over 10,000 of these PGIM and Tuesday Teachings are sent out each week around the world, and there are also over 5,000 visitors (60,000+ hits) to the website each week........... You, like me, are among those who enjoy receiving the weekly newsletter / teaching, and also visiting the website. In mid 2003 The Lord placed it on my heart to "help" David's Ministry (even before I had met him) by being an unofficial fundraiser for him. You will have seen the article I have in the newsletter each week promoting just that. Although I am myself in full time Ministry and always looking for more Ministry dollars, The Lord has impressed upon me again to make a NEW request to ALL OF YOU to consider a gift to David's Ministry this year.
I could go on and on as to what David's Ministry does, where his teaching is received and used, where his encouragement ends up, where his wisdom, news and humor reaches throughout the world.
There are some wonderful people who have supported his Ministry and of course David and I are very grateful. So now I am asking again for MANY of you to give some financial support to him this year. For David has no other outside support other than through you who receive this each week.
We have a Sponsorship system in operation where someone (or 2 or 3) can sponsor a particular week of the PGIM newsletter. We have in the past had US$50 for a sponsorship for the week, but I know some want to but cannot do that amount, so we have included "half" sponsorships of a particular week at US$25.00.
David's Ministry is doing GREAT work....... and all those who can support it are in fact co-workers with David, and co-workers in the blessings the work is doing in thousands of peoples lives throughout the world. In fact it is much greater than just the thousands who receive the weekly emails because many are Pastors, Teachers and those in Ministry, who then use the material to teach & preach to countless more........
So I would like many of you to consider Sponsoring a specific week, knowing you have a unique opportunity to not only be blessed directly yourself (like I am),......... but to also bless countless others, literally all around the world.
Thanks.
If you are able to Sponsor send me an email by clicking on the address below and I will reply to you with the details. I do not receive any of the financial support, it all goes directly to David... my blessing comes from being obedient to what the Lord wants me to do. Can I thank you in advance, to really pray and consider helping this VERY worthwhile Ministry.
Regards,
Roy McGreevy

HEY THERE! WHERE'S THE KINGDOM?
One day when praying, the Lord said, "First, seek my kingdom."Of course, being of the male gender, I did the logical thing! Opening my EYES, I looked out the window, searching the heavens for the kingdom. It was nowhere to be seen!
"I know" I thought, not beaten, "the old eyesight isn’t as good as it used to be, so I'll put on my GLASSES. Now I will find the kingdom." Resting my specs on nose and ears, I scanned the night sky. Out there I clearly saw the Southern Cross (recognising the stars from the New Zealand flag) and a hundred others, but nowhere could I see the kingdom.
"Well then," I reasoned, "must need more magnification!" So I took the pair of BINOCULARS our son Brendan had given us for Christmas, some years ago. "Now I will find the kingdom." Putting the binoculars to my eyes I searched the night sky. Out there, I could see many stars invisible to the naked eye, but nowhere could I find the kingdom.
"It’s further away than I thought'" I thought undeterred. "Need even more magnification." Knowing my neighbour had a TELESCOPE, I asked him if I could take a peek to find the kingdom. "Never seen it," said neighbour Ned, "but you're welcome to take a look." Through the scope, the Milky Way filled the sky. While it was very grand, it was not the kingdom.
By now I was really troubled! What can I do? I must find the kingdom! Then I had a brilliant idea! I called The Space Telescope Science Institute. With great difficulty, for they had never been asked such a question before, I asked to use man’s ultimate technological magnification masterpiece, the HUBBLE TELESCOPE, to find the kingdom. "Now I can see the galaxies, surely it will be found!" But even here, amongst the galaxies, the kingdom was conspicuous by its absence!
The time had finally come. Yes, now I was desperate enough to ask the Lord where to look! You know the feeling. Never ask for direction until hopelessly lost! A male attribute, my wife tells me!
The Lord graciously said, "Look within, David." "Pardon Lord?" "Look within," He repeated clearly.
As my wife Kathy is a Theatre Nurse, naturally I asked her advice, for she is more expert than I about internal matters. "You need an ENDOSCOPEY," (putting a miniature camera down your throat to have a look at your insides!) said Kathy, smiling whimsically. So I booked in. After a long wait, due to the strain on our health system, not the few searching for the kingdom, the great day finally came. "Now I will find the kingdom!" Lying on the bed waiting for my big moment, the Anaesthetist came in to put me to sleep. "But if you do that, I won't be able to see the kingdom!" I cried. My world collapsed. "I’ll never find the kingdom now!"
Utterly defeated, I went back to the Lord. "My kingdom is of the spirit," said the Lord. "Ask my SPIRIT and He will show you." Finally, I asked the HOLY SPIRIT. He showed me a beautiful picture of JESUS shining inside of me. Well, Jesus was beautiful, even if my insides weren’t! "Pattern yourself on JESUS and you will discover the KINGDOM WITHIN." The penny finally dropped! (You British will understand this. Sometimes there’s no sense in cents!)
So now, having finally learned the true secret of the kingdom, I'm working on becoming more like my JESUS. For through Him I can possess the kingdom now. “Sorry Lord. I’m such a slow learner.â€
How about you?
Now, if only I could adapt Hubble technology to my glasses....

FROM THE WORD
"Once, having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The kingdom of God does not come with your careful observation, nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is within you.â€" (Luke 17:20-21)"I declare to you, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable." (1 Corinthians 15:50)
"For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit," (Romans 14:17)
"So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." (Matthew 6:31-34)
"Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them. “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’" (Matthew 7:20)

TUESDAY TEACHINGS
THIS WEEK:THE PROPHETIC FEASTS OF THE LORD - Series 1 - THE SPRING FEASTSPart 1 of 7
When I was introduced to the Feasts, my eyes were opened and my faith strengthened as I once again saw the pattern of God's eternal plan being revealed.
It's simply incredible how God works! Time and time again, in different ways, He sets out His plans for the past, present and future. The seven Feasts of the Lord are a classic example of this.
This week we will start by looking at the first of the series on the Spring Feasts. Be sure to check it out tomorrow.
Previous teachings on this subject, the First Miracle of Jesus, the Book of Ruth, God's Character and Servanthood and Leadership, the Parable of the Sower and The 3 Rivers of God can be viewed at...

344. THE PERFECT OFFERTORY SERMON
"I would like to remind you that what you are about to give is deductible, cannot be taken with you and is considered in the Bible that the love of this is the root of all evil."
343. PEANUTS
A preacher visiting an elderly parishioner at a nursing home noticed a bowl of peanuts by her bed and took one. As they talked. he couldn't help himself and ate one after another. By the time their visit was over, the bowl was empty.
"I'm sorry, but I seem to have eaten all of your peanuts," he said.
"That's OK," she replied. "They would have gone stale anyway. Without my teeth, all I can do is suck the chocolate off."

THE JESUS FILM +++
The JESUS FILM PROJECT, CANADAThe JESUS Film Project distributes the film "JESUS," a two-hour docudrama about the life of Christ based on the Gospel of Luke. The film has been seen in every country of the world and translated into hundreds of languages since its initial release in 1979. Our goal is to reach every nation, tribe, people and tongue, helping them see and hear the story of Jesus in a language they can understand. So whether a person speaks Swahili, French, or a language whose name is extremely difficult for most to pronounce, he or she will encounter the life and message of Jesus in a language "of the heart."
Many mission experts have acclaimed the "JESUS" film as one of the greatest evangelistic success stories of all time. The ultimate success of this project won't be measured by how many people have already seen it, but by how many will follow Him after seeing this film.
Through use by The JESUS Film Project, and more than 1,500 Christian agencies, this powerful film has had more than 5 billion viewings worldwide since 1979. On top of that, the great majority of those heard the story of Jesus in a language they easily understand.
As a result, more than 197 million people have indicated decisions to accept Christ as their personal Savior and Lord.

BIBLE BITS
The first attempted translations of the Bible took place in the 7th Century. The translations weren't precise, more paraphrases of the original texts. The copies were known as 'Manuscript Bibles' and few have survived. It wasn't until the 13th Century, that John Wycliffe first translated the Bible more accurately into easy English.Lots more 'God Facts' are found at...

The city in which we live, Napier, suffered a tragic earthquake in 1931, in which 250 people were killed. Between the earthquake and the subsequent fire, for both the gas and water mains burst, the town centre was destroyed.Shortly afterwards, the city area was rebuilt in the architectural style of the time, known as 'Art Deco'. Over recent times, the city has become famous worldwide, for its period buildings. So now, one weekend a year, people come here from round the country and the world, to dress up in the fashions of the time, complete with vintage cars and aeroplanes, to celebrate the '30's era'. Great fun has been had by all this weekend, in the usual beautiful Napier summer weather.
Sometimes it is good to look back at what others have done. But it is always good to look back and give thanks for what Jesus has done! Then to share with others about the sacrifice He made for us.
Now, if we could get as much enthusiasm for Jesus as for the Art Deco weekend...
So until next week...
MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOU BLESS GOD.
His servant and yours

TODAY'S 'DO YOU KNOW?'ANSWER: In Caiaphas' house. "15 Simon Peter and another disciple were following Jesus. Because this disciple was known to the high priest, he went with Jesus into the high priest’s courtyard, 16 but Peter had to wait outside at the door. The other disciple, who was known to the high priest, came back, spoke to the girl on duty there and brought Peter in." (John 18:15-16)
